The Australian National Fabrication Facility (ANFF) Ltd is seeking an outstanding Chief Operating Officer to support the CEO’s implementation of a new strategic direction for the organisation, while meeting our funders performance standards.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate a passion for excellence and be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in providing support to the CEO. This position will be an integral part of the executive team that will implement the ANFF strategic plan. A strong interest in cutting edge research will be a useful attribute in this role.

This senior leadership position will oversee the application of the ANFF Access and Pricing Policies at the local node level and requires regular and constructive interaction with the Node Facility Managers to ensure the seamless and complementary operation of the distributed sites.

The role represents a senior appointment responsible for all aspects of reporting to Government. Excellent written communication skills are required for the production of reports and promotional material. A high level of financial literacy is essential.
