Microfluidic controller MFCS-FLEX-8C-1000

Microfluidic controller, MFCS-FLEX-8C-1000 mbar system, from Fluigent, France, configured with 8 independent channels with positive pressure from 0 up to 1000 mbar at 20psi of compressed air pressure, two Fluiwell-4C-2 ml with 4 vials of 2 ml each, to pressurize microfluidics device.

The system is also equipped with Flowell equipment configured with 3 channels to characterize the flow rate in microfluidic channel from 2 nl/mn up to 7 µl/mn. The Maesflo software allows controlling and fully regulating flow rate on three channels of the Fluiwell and the MFCS with precise feed-back on pressure. Fluigent MFCS allow pulse less fluid dispense to microfluidic device when compared to syringe pumps.

These systems have high stability (<0.1%) and instantaneous response time (<200 ms) with high reliability and quality. This microfluidic experiment station will be available for our ever growing academic client base in the area of microfluidics, especially pressure driven microfluidic devices.
